We will assess your current facility management program. HUNT Property Solutions will provide a plan to reduce the cost of operations while improving services. Our program includes critical scheduled maintenance, mandatory “touchpoint” cleaning standards, and tasks to minimize exposure risks for your medical staff and patients.

Planned Space Transitions

Healthcare facilities, especially in current times, are in a state of continuous flux. The need for flexible space usage for medical equipment, new patient areas, and managed procurement are the constant. Our logistics team has experience preparing Gantt chart based programs to stay ahead of each program implementation.

Identify and Prioritize Capital Projects

From large projects to small, HUNT Property Solutions will complete a facility condition assessment to identify Capital Projects throughout the medical campus. We will digitally record and provide cost estimates for each project. The information will be input into Facility Assessment software to maintain a list of projects available for long term capital planning.

Focus on “Physical Indicators”

Your medical campus is a reflection of the quality of the healthcare services you provide. HUNT Property Solutions will immediately identify and implement specific projects that will act as “Physical Indicators” that beautify, demonstrate cleanliness and attention to detail for your facility, inside and out.
