Our program includes critical scheduled maintenance, over 700 preventive maintenance tasks scheduled weekly, and leveraged contracts and procurement to provide guaranteed operational and maintenance savings.
Implement Latest Technologies
We have made substantial investments in the latest work order tracking and reporting and capital project assessment and planning software. Our program includes the implementation of these technologies for use at your facility. This software will program, collect and record information, and institutionalize knowledge that is otherwise only maintained by departmental staff.
Equipment Life Cycle and Other KPIs
Equipment replacement costs can be expensive if the forecast schedule and long range planning is not in place. We will prepare a life cycle cost analysis for all major plant equipment. The information will be input into Facility Assessment software to maintain a list of projects available for long term capital planning.
